We are accepting new families!

Updated: Jan 5, 2021

We are accepting new families to the practice. We keep the process simple.

We do require our patients to follow the standard vaccine schedule recommended by the AAP. Your child must be up-to-date with vaccines per their age according to the schedule before transferring in to the office. We do not allow modified vaccine schedules.

If you are an expecting parent and plan to fully vaccinate your child, you can call the office to set up a "Meet and Greet" appointment, free of charge, with Dr. Kumar.

Due to the pandemic, we are offering these appointments as telephone calls rather than in-person.

If you would like to transfer your child's care into our office, we ask that you fax or email a copy of their up-to-date immunization record for review. Once reviewed, one of our staff members will call to schedule the "Meet and Greet" appointment with Dr. Kumar. Once complete, we will do the work for you and obtain your child's records from their previous provider.

We look forward to hearing from you!
